Basic Microsoft Office proficiency. Assist the internal sales team in preparing and returning quotations for products requested by customers to support sales acquisition and develop skills and competencies toward becoming an internal sales representative. Handle the client portfolio of internal sales representatives on vacation via telephone, e\-mail, Skype, WhatsApp, and other communication channels to maintain relationships and sustain active sales. Assist branch management with customer order processing, guidance, and data entry—either manually or via KDaPeça. Assist branch management in completing real-time management dashboards for performance indicators and sales campaigns, order entry, factory identification, and customer bonus registration, supporting information management. Support branch management in administrative routines such as issuing duplicate bank slips, XML files, duplicate invoices, assisting collections, customer service, monitoring electronic timekeeping, sending catalogs and promotional items to customers, and other administrative matters. 2510300202211115588
