Polite customer service aligned with a luxury environment **ACCESS CONTROLLER – FASHION BOUTIQUE** ----------------------------------------- Location: Catarina Fashion Outlet **Terserv**, a premium third-party company operating across multiple sectors and recognized for excellence in service delivery, is hiring an **Access Controller** to work at a fashion boutique within the Catarina Fashion Outlet. We seek a discreet, attentive professional with strong professional demeanor who safeguards security, organization, and environmental standards. ### **Responsibilities:** * Control entry and exit of customers, employees, and contractors * Assist in organizing store traffic flow * Perform preventive actions to protect assets * Provide courteous service and maintain conduct appropriate for a luxury environment ### **✅ Requirements:** * Proven experience in this role * Flexible availability for scheduling * Availability for a 5x2 rotating schedule (fixed days off: Monday and Tuesday) * Professional demeanor, discretion, and attention to detail * Residence near the location of the outlet ### **Job Information:** * Salary: **R$ 2.800,00** * Working Hours: **12:00 PM to 9:00 PM** * Schedule: **5x2 (days off: Monday and Tuesday)** * CLT employment contract ### **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance: **R$ 21.80 per day** * Food Allowance: **R$ 151.91 per month** * TotalPass (gyms and wellness) If you have relevant experience, a discreet profile, and are seeking an opportunity in a premium environment, apply now and join the Terserv team!
