As a **Machine Operator**, you will play a pivotal role in supporting production by ensuring machines, equipment, and production lines are properly prepared, sanitized, and operating correctly—thereby guaranteeing product quality, workplace safety, and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Your mission will be to prepare, adjust, sanitize, and support the operation of production machines and equipment, ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, and adherence to the company’s safety standards and best practices. **Key Responsibilities:** * Dismantle, assemble, clean, and sanitize production machines and equipment. * Perform adjustments, calibrations, and component replacements as required by operational needs. * Supply production lines and support machine operations during the production process. * Monitor equipment operation, verifying parameters such as dosage, pressure, and flow rate. * Complete production records, setup logs, check\-lists, and internal area controls. * Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities, reporting malfunctions and repair requirements. * Conduct visual inspections of products during production to identify potential deviations. * Assist in controlling and organizing production inputs, materials, and tools. * Ensure organization, cleanliness, and compliance with 5S, safety, and GMP practices. * Support material loading, unloading, and handling when necessary. **Required Qualifications:** * Completed high school education. * Experience in a production environment. * Knowledge of cosmetics will be considered a plus. **Benefits:** * Amil Health Plan with co-payment (company covers 100% of the employee’s monthly premium) * Amil Dental Plan (no employee deduction) * Life Insurance – Caixa * Commuter Allowance or Fuel Assistance * Basic Food Basket via CAJU (meal allowance): R$ 200.00/month * On\-site meals * Access to the Wellhub platform, focused on health, physical activity, and well\-being * 40% discount on purchases of our products * Birthday gift from the company: R$ 100.00 * Internal Recruitment Program * Free psychological counseling and nutrition consultations * Pet Health Plan
