Job Summary: Responsible for the technical delivery of new and used trucks, presenting the vehicle to the customer, addressing questions, and coordinating preparation. Key Highlights: 1. Technical delivery and detailed vehicle presentation to customers. 2. Coordination of truck preparation and inspection. 3. A crucial role in the sales and after-sales process. * **Responsibilities:** \- Technical delivery of new and used trucks. \- Conducting the technical presentation of the vehicle to the customer. \- Knowing, explaining, and clarifying all aspects of the vehicle to the customer at the time of delivery to eliminate any doubts. \- Responsible for collecting all remaining signatures in the sales process and introducing the customer to the sales and after-sales departments. \- Opening and closing service orders. \- Inspecting vehicles after washing and before dispatching them to the delivery location, verifying items according to the standard checklist specified in the manufacturer's operations manual. \- Verifying and coordinating vehicle preparation (items serviced, requested accessories, cleaning, and scratches). * **Requirements:** \- Driver's license category D or E (mandatory; must be listed on the resume); \- Completed high school education; \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel preferred); \- Mandatory knowledge of trucks; \- Strong communication skills and organizational sense. * **Benefits:** \- Breakfast and lunch; \- Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy; \- Health and dental insurance (effective upon hiring); \- Working hours: Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM / Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM **Please include your salary expectation** Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.500,00 per month Experience: * Truck Knowledge (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
