Monitor productivity and quality of produced tools, ensuring compliance with technical specifications. Plan and prioritize tooling demands according to production and maintenance needs. Control inventory of components, materials, and tools, as well as the usage of departmental machinery and equipment. Provide technical guidance to the team, promoting safety best practices, organization, and continuous improvement. Previous experience as Tooling Coordinator, Tooling Manager, Tooling Team Leader, or Tool Maintenance Supervisor may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position.
