Support and carry out activities in the field of Civil Engineering, including project development, construction control, and identification of improvements in scheduling and physical progress, aiming to prepare for the planned professional role and deepen understanding of the company’s business, products, or services. If this profile resonates with you, take a look at what we have to offer! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise service execution, ensuring quality according to company-defined standards. * Monitor physical progress of construction against the specific schedule, ensuring expected progress. * Accompany the manager during meetings with field teams and suppliers to align activity schedules, identify potential deviations, and develop action plans for correction. * Assist in preparing supplier measurement spreadsheets using specific documentation for managerial approval. * Ensure compliance with Safety Regulations on site, following parameters outlined in regulations (NR18 and ETC), to mitigate accidents. * Identify requirements for procurement of materials and contracting of services; schedule material deliveries and commencement of activities per the construction schedule to ensure timely progress. * Ensure construction adherence to internal and external support-area audits, following company procedures and standards to meet project targets. * Update area indicators by gathering relevant analyses for performance measurement, aiming to improve performance. * Guide and support Assistants in their tasks whenever requested. * Perform other duties related to the position as requested by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering * 1 year or more in this role or related functions **Additional Information** * Microsoft Office Suite * AutoCAD * Safety Regulations (specific) * Technical Standards (specific) Project Reading **The moment to look toward the new.
