**Systems Analyst – TOTVS Protheus** We are looking for a **Systems Analyst** to work focused on support and maintenance of the **TOTVS Protheus**, assisting administrative and production areas, ensuring system stability, service quality, and SLA compliance. **Main responsibilities:** * Handle **Level 2** support tickets in TOTVS Protheus and satellite systems, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines. * Support users from administrative and production areas in ERP routines. * Manage users, groups, menus, and access profiles. * Perform maintenance on data dictionaries and system configurations. * Monitor schedules and the **T\-Cloud** environment. * Execute tests and validate functionalities after fixes or updates. * Map bug scenarios and act as the interface with **Level 3** support for corrections. * Create, update, and maintain documentation and knowledge base. * Support the **Level 1** team, ensuring proper ticket escalation. * Perform simple SQL queries for support and data extraction. * Monitor and ensure proper functioning of integrations between Protheus and external systems. * Apply and control monthly patches and corrective updates. **Behavioral competencies:** * Strong sense of responsibility and results orientation. * Resilience and collaborative attitude. * Good communication and teaching ability. * Organization, discipline, and analytical capability. * Proactivity and sense of urgency. * Ability to operate effectively during critical situations and high-demand periods. **Technical competencies:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields. * Minimum proven experience of **3 years supporting TOTVS Protheus**. * Solid experience with: * Protheus support and maintenance; * Configurator; * Data Dictionary; * System configurations; * Access management. **Preferred qualifications:** * Knowledge of **ADVPL**. * Knowledge of **SQL**. * Experience in commercial and/or industrial operations. * Experience with cloud-based environments.
