Support for continuous process improvement **Description:** ---------------- **Work Location:** Sorocaba \- São Paulo **Working Hours:** Business hours **Work Mode:** On-site The professional will perform technical analysis of warranty parts, evaluating components according to respective product lines and defined technical criteria. They will be responsible for preparing conclusive technical reports, determining the validity or invalidity of warranty claims based on product specifications, internal standards, and technical evidence obtained during analyses. They will conduct dimensional measurements and technical evaluations using measuring instruments, as well as interpret mechanical engineering drawings to verify component conformity. They will also support analysis control and traceability through corporate system entries and preparation of technical reports. Additionally, they will assist in organizing information related to warranty analyses, contributing to the identification of recurring failures, supporting quality and engineering departments, and enabling continuous improvement of processes related to product failure analysis. **Requirements:** ----------------- * Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's or Technical degree in a related field; * Experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control; * Solid knowledge of technical drawing and metrology (measurement control and instrumentation); * Advanced MS Office proficiency. **Desirable:** * Completed Bachelor's or CST degree in a related field; * SAP experience; * Specialized metrology training; * Intermediate English proficiency.
