Job Summary: Senior professional to analyze, optimize, and implement vulcanization processes within an automotive multinational, serving as the technical reference and leading continuous improvement projects. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams We are seeking a Senior Vulcanization Process Analyst to work in Manufacturing Engineering at an automotive multinational. This professional will be responsible for analyzing, implementing, and optimizing rubber compound vulcanization processes, ensuring quality, production efficiency, and compliance with technical standards, while also acting as the technical reference for the process. **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze and optimize vulcanization parameters (time, temperature, pressure) * Define and standardize operational parameters and procedures * Diagnose and resolve non-conformities (blisters, under-cure, delamination, burning, etc.) * Conduct laboratory and pilot plant tests * Collaborate with R\&D teams on new product development * Lead continuous improvement projects (Lean, waste reduction, productivity enhancement) * Support equipment, mold, and new technology specifications * Ensure traceability and compliance with standards (IATF, ASTM, ISO, ABNT) * Train and guide operators on best vulcanization practices * Collaborate closely with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Production Engineering, or related fields * Minimum 5 years of experience in **rubber injection / vulcanization** processes * Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and metrology * Experience with CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) * Intermediate English (reading, writing, and communication) * Knowledge of IATF 16949 and quality tools (APQP, FMEA, SPC) Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: Up to R$12\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal voucher Work Location: On-site
