Coordination and monitoring of financial postings related to imports **Responsibilities** --------------------- Ensure an agile and accurate procurement process, guaranteeing the company’s ideal supply, developing strategic suppliers, and controlling costs. Ensuring administrative and financial compliance throughout the entire procurement cycle. * Monitor purchase requests; * Enter and issue purchase orders in the system. Optimize product procurement time, providing the company with an ideal supply quantity; * Develop new suppliers to achieve improvements and/or cost reduction; * Perform administrative tasks; * Coordinate and monitor financial postings related to import processes in the accounts payable system; * Record and process incoming invoices, verifying them against the respective purchase orders; * Release purchase orders in the system during the temporary absence or travel of the responsible manager; * Conduct/participate in meetings with suppliers to foster better commercial relationships and stay updated on general market trends; * Generate monthly KPI, IQF, and GPS reports, presenting statistical data on departmental performance; * Verify merchandise costs in the system and identify any discrepancies.
