Your role will be essential in ensuring efficient and high-quality delivery to the end customer. Main Responsibilities: Contribute to the store’s business volume through sales. Provide customer service and foster strong customer relationships, consistently demonstrating a positive attitude. Manage customer orders and ensure effective communication with customers and relevant colleagues. Develop expertise in after-sales processes. Proactively learn and familiarize yourself with products. Maintain strong communication with customers during the sales process and after-sales support. Demonstrate active listening skills to better understand customers and build long-term relationships. Accurately record CRM data and customer information in compliance with local legislation and procedures. Demonstrate excellent communication skills. Uphold service standards and remain attentive to established procedures. Prepare and send quotations according to demand; Pick and verify products per sales orders (in-store and online); Package items securely and carefully to ensure integrity until final destination; Perform quality control before shipment, checking for damage and order accuracy; Correctly label and identify products to facilitate internal logistics; Assist in issuing and verifying invoices and transportation documents; Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area; Collaborate with the sales team and provide customers with updates on timelines, order status, and deliveries; Coordinate pickups and deliveries with transport carriers, resolving discrepancies when necessary. Participate in periodic inventories to ensure inventory accuracy; Support internal stock replenishment between physical store and e-commerce inventories as needed; Assist in organizing local delivery routes when applicable; Requirements: · Completed high school education; · Strong communication and writing skills; · Organization, attention to detail, and sense of ; · Proactivity, commitment, and ability to work well in a team. · Office Applications: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word Preferred Qualifications: · Prior experience in sales, customer service, logistics, inventory, or shipping; · Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or inventory management systems.
