Job Summary: This professional will enable in-store sales of cold rooms by monitoring quotations and supporting sales staff and managers to convert quotations into sales. Key Highlights: 1. Strengthen relationships with cold room installers **Job Mission** Enable in-store sales of cold rooms by monitoring quotations, supporting sales staff and managers to convert quotations into sales, analyzing manufacturing conditions and delivery timelines with the factory, as well as monitoring local competitors’ practices and reporting findings to the National Commercial Management. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor the preparation and progress of quotations and projects * Provide technical support to cold room installers regarding applications and sizing, acting as a liaison between the factory’s after-sales service and the store’s warranty-related demands * Strengthen relationships with cold room installers, promoting their loyalty to the company * Increase quotation conversion rates by actively engaging in open negotiations lacking movement or progress * Expand the volume of cold room opportunity acquisition by prospecting end customers and installers * Manage technical-commercial assistants assigned to the branch * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, guaranteeing accuracy in negotiations and all job-related activities * Achieve the store’s sales target for Product Line P by applying commercial methods and procedures to attain results **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree * Experience in team supervision and leadership **Desired Qualifications** * Technical course in refrigeration * Proficiency in AUTOCAD * Knowledge of cold room installation
