Customer service management (calendar) — Ensure remote and/or in-person service delivery to clients in your portfolio by managing your calendar, thereby fulfilling a pre-established action and service plan while accommodating unforeseen circumstances. **Requirements and Qualifications** Specific Knowledge — Current educational legislation; New High School Curriculum; National Common Curricular Base (BNCC); ENEM; Educational products offered by the Education System Bachelor’s degree and postgraduate qualification or MBA required; Master’s degree preferred.
