




**Description:** **What we expect from you:** Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering; Experience in railway power systems; Experience in electrical maintenance required; Knowledge of railway overhead networks, uninterruptible power systems, medium and high voltage substations, rectifier substations, railway signaling, and diesel generators is required. **You stand out if you have:** Knowledge in railway systems is a plus. Field team coordination and failure analysis experience is desirable, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. Map maintenance processes and continuously develop improvements to existing processes; Reduce failures with operational impact and identify chronic system failures; Analyze and monitor area performance indicators; Support budget management related to OPEX and CAPEX; Support maintenance teams in field activities of high complexity and operational risk; Ensure full equipment functionality; Ensure maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with all necessary safety standards and policies; Propose improvements and solutions for the area of operation; Provide consultancy on complex technical matters; Explore new technologies for railway power and signaling areas; Apply best engineering practices in railway power and signaling activities; Seek partners for product and solution development; Contribute to fostering an organizational climate that encourages innovation within the systems team.
