Train or retrain customer service representatives. Generate reports for process monitoring. Monitor sales of PNE units to ensure requested adaptations are implemented. Provide timely information to other departments to ensure execution or necessary customer follow-ups. Monitor signing of CEF contracts to request payment of referral bonuses. Monitor complaints on Reclame Aqui, ensuring customer contact and issue resolution to improve customer experience and achieve positive evaluations. Analyze data to forecast ratings and implement mitigation actions. Interact with engineering or any other department to resolve sensitive customer-related issues, such as delays, technical assistance, contracts, documents, and special handling. Proactively contact customers for special or atypical requests.
