




Description: * Technical education in agroindustry, food technology, food engineering, chemical engineering, or related fields. * Office suite proficiency desirable, knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices, basic laboratory concepts, and minimum experience in the field or related areas; * Competencies: Communication, Customer Focus, Initiative, Results Orientation, Resilience, Agility, and Innovation. * Perform laboratory analyses to ensure the quality of raw materials (milk), inputs, and products, meeting Quality standards and Hygiene, Health, and Safety regulations. * Collect samples of inputs and raw materials; * Prepare laboratory solutions; * Conduct tests and laboratory analyses of raw materials (milk) and inputs, as well as products throughout the industrial process, according to procedures; * Analyze and interpret obtained data and results; * Verify equipment calibrations; * Monitor analysis and calibration results; * Record and archive relevant data, results, reports, etc.; * Request materials according to activity planning; * Request maintenance for machines and equipment; * Maintain a clean and organized environment; * Perform cleaning of equipment. * Ensure activities are carried out in compliance with Environmental procedures and the Company's Health and Safety regulations by adhering to its guidelines and legal and operational norms and procedures; * Perform other related or inherent activities according to instructions and requests from the immediate supervisor. 2510240202201828546
