Join our purpose! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide administrative support for routine departmental activities, ensuring organization and smooth internal processes. * Manage, organize, and archive physical and digital documents—including administrative, academic, and research processes. * Assist in preparing, updating, and monitoring spreadsheets, reports, official letters, memoranda, and other administrative documents. * Support scheduling and organizing meetings, training sessions, classes, academic and scientific events—including attendance lists and minutes. * Provide administrative support for teaching and learning activities, assisting with class management, courses, trainings, certificates, and academic records. * Support administrative activities related to research, such as organizing project documents, schedules, agreements, reports, and responding to information requests. * Provide internal and external service (in-person, telephone, and email), delivering information and directing requests to responsible parties. * Manage consumable supplies, request replenishments, and support sector resource and input management. * Support administrative processes related to contracts, agreements, partnerships, and scholarships, where applicable. * Comply with institutional regulations, internal policies, and established workflows, safeguarding information confidentiality. * Perform other related administrative tasks, as required by the department and management guidance. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school or undergraduate degree; Administrative experience preferred; Basic proficiency in standard computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and AI); Knowledge of business writing. **Additional Information** Availability to work Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
