Being diverse means being SUPER! **Responsibilities and Assignments** **Position Objectives** Responsible for scheduling Indirect Sales and/or executing Direct Sales scheduling, analyzing performance reports and metrics, aiming to deliver more with less mileage while verifying availability of resources, cylinders, and gas to ensure timely service delivery and schedule compliance — with emphasis on appropriate customer service and cost optimization for the company. **Position Responsibilities** * Control issuance of vehicle-related invoices (NF), requests for invoice cancellation, submission of return invoices (NF), and properly signed invoice stubs — adhering to defined deadlines and procedures. * Execute invoice (NF) billing per established procedures and manually capture invoices when necessary. * Perform pairing of data collectors and printers. * Monitor fleet operations via the tracking system. * Verify data consistency between sales invoices (NF) and fueling tickets, checking information and reporting any discrepancies. * Monitor expense reporting by the distribution team. * Indirect Sales — Include order capture, route planning, and delivery scheduling. * Direct Sales — Maintain constant communication with CELOG for decision-making, route changes, and consolidation of route condition data received from assistants. * Direct + Indirect Sales — Support distribution teams operationally, including scheduling support or coordination regarding traffic or safety matters. * Direct + Indirect Sales — Develop and monitor Lean-related KPIs. * Direct + Indirect Sales — Occasional participation in Daily Safety Meetings (DDS). **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics. * Proficiency in Excel. **Desirable Requirements** * Familiarity with SAP. **Additional Information** At Supergasbras, we recognize and support our employees’ dedication with excellent benefits and programs.
