




Job Summary: Optimize recruitment, selection, onboarding, and development processes to identify talent and ensure alignment with institutional requirements. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and optimize recruitment, selection, onboarding, and development processes. 2. Conduct job vacancy prospecting, promotion, and screening. 3. Conduct interviews and lead onboarding training. * Lead, organize, and optimize recruitment, selection, onboarding, and people development processes within the institution, ensuring alignment of professional profiles with the requirements of socio-assistance units and institutional departments. * Prospect job vacancies in coordination with units and other institutional departments, identifying hiring needs and required professional profiles for each position. * Promote available vacancies on digital platforms, social media, recruitment groups, and institutional channels, ensuring appropriate visibility and reach of opportunities. * Screen and select received resumes according to established criteria for each vacancy, organizing information and guiding candidates to subsequent stages of the selection process. * Conduct individual and/or group interviews, either in person or online, applying assessment techniques and tools defined by the HR Department, aiming to select candidates best aligned with the position profile. * Lead institutional onboarding training for new employees, ensuring presentation of organizational culture, policies, regulations, and procedures of the institution. * Organize and update selection process information and job vacancy movements on the Pipefy platform, ensuring up-to-date records, traceability, and control of ongoing processes. * Support the organization, control, and logistics of internal and external training, contributing to professional development and continuous employee upskilling. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in **Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Pedagogy, or related fields**; Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and interpersonal relationship skills.
