What will you do on a daily basis?* Process electronic timekeeping records for store employees; * Clarify employee and leadership questions regarding timekeeping, payroll, benefits, and other HR topics; * Receive and forward onboarding, offboarding, and other HR-related documents to the central HR department; * Support the integration process of new employees at the store; * Control and archive physical documents related to the HR department; * Serve as the local point of contact for HR matters, ensuring efficient communication between the store and headquarters. Therefore, we require that you have:* Completed high school (technical or higher education in Administration, HR, or related fields is desirable); * Prior experience with HR routines, preferably in wholesale and retail stores; * Basic knowledge of labor legislation and electronic timekeeping systems; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and ease in dealing with people; * Proactivity and responsibility to work in a dynamic environment. Bonus points if you have:* Knowledge of timekeeping control systems (REP, DIMEP, etc.); * Experience in the wholesale and retail sector; * Basic understanding of onboarding and offboarding processes.
