* **Recruitment and Training:** Select new talents and train the team in sales techniques and consultative customer service. * **Motivation and Feedback:** Conduct morning meetings, align daily goals, and provide individual feedback to correct behavior or technique. * **Scheduling and Organization:** Manage work hours and days off, ensuring the sales floor is never understaffed. * **Goal Analysis:** Monitor achievement of overall and individual targets. * **KPI Monitoring:** Focus on **PA** (Items per Transaction), **TM** (Average Transaction Value), and **Conversion Rate**. * **Inventory Turnover Strategies:** Identify stagnant products and suggest actions (promotions, new mannequin displays) to move inventory. * **Visual Merchandising Curation:** Ensure the storefront window display is updated periodically and internal product arrangement follows brand standards. * **Inventory Control:** Supervise goods receipt, invoice verification, and loss/theft prevention. * **Cash Register and Closing Procedures:** Final responsibility for cash register opening/closing and bank deposits. * **Conflict Management:** Resolve issues that sales staff cannot handle (complex exchanges or complaints). * **CRM and Post\-Sale Service:** Encourage the team to keep customer records up to date and perform "birthday follow\-up" or notify customers about new collections.
