If you seek a solid company with strong growth and investment in your future, submit your resume for this position. **Join us in building the future with BRN!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage deadlines and deliverables, ensuring strict adherence to schedules. * Ensure compatibility among various project disciplines, identifying interferences, proposing solutions, and maintaining overall technical integrity. * Critically evaluate received projects to identify the best technical and economic alternatives, considering applicable standards, current legislation, and company-established guidelines. * Be responsible for contracting and coordinating technical projects across all involved disciplines. * Collaborate directly with Development and Engineering departments to guarantee all technical and conceptual aspects of the project. * Organize and maintain the aUTODOC project platform up to date, including projects and technical documentation for developments under your management. * Define priorities based on critical deadlines, technical impact, and financial feasibility, managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Provide on-site support to clarify project details. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and Urban Planning; * Knowledge of analysis and compatibility of multidisciplinary projects; * Proficiency in AUTOCAD; * Knowledge of BIM is considered a plus. **Additional Information** Maternity/Paternity Kit Health Insurance Bonus (year-end results) Discounts with BRN partners About BRN: Building Dreams, Transforming Regions With a strong presence in the interior of São Paulo state, BRN stands out through strategic developments in more than 47 cities.
