Periodic training - Plan, control, and execute plastic product manufacturing processes, raw material selection, and production parameters. - Monitor quality, supporting material and process development; - Evaluate material characteristics and injection processes; select additives, colorants, and pigments; - Support product and process development, aiming to optimize production and quality; - Conduct periodic training. Education: - Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree PRODUCTION ENGINEERING / MATERIALS ENGINEERING / POLYMER TECHNOLOGY or related fields. - A plastics technician qualification is a plus.
