Wama has experienced significant growth in recent years and is seeking individuals willing to learn, collaborate, and explore new paths with us. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Classify merchandise invoices and enter them into the ERP system. * Perform Giss Online bookkeeping. * Submit tax declarations: SPED CONTRIBUTIONS, EFD REINF, PER/DCOMP, DCTF, DIRF, DMED, and GIA. * Record revenue accounting entries and reconcile with the trial balance; perform tax calculations. * Update tax certificates and SICAF (municipal, state, federal tax, labor, bankruptcy, and other certificates). * Sort and submit documents for public tenders. * Calculate and issue taxes (PIS/COFINS, ISS, IR SERVICES, IR RENT, PIS/COFINS/CSLL, ICMS, and IPI). * Allocate costs by cost center. * Perform accounting reconciliations (federal and social security installment plans, customer reconciliations with financial positions, tax account reconciliations, and other asset and liability accounts). * Issue import invoices for customs clearance. * Account for import invoice settlements. * Interface with tax lawyers and tax consultants. * Perform other professional duties inherent to the position, as directed and requested by the immediate manager. **Requirements and Qualifications** Mandatory Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting; * Minimum 2 years of experience in the tax area.
