Job Summary:
A professional responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of equipment, systems, and security and cargo release procedures, with attention to detail and communication.
Key Highlights:
1. Equipment and security systems verification and operation.
2. Strict GR procedures for cargo release.
3. Reporting issues to maintenance and alerting drivers.
* Check the functionality of all P.A. equipment and verify that nothing is missing;
* Check whether the systems are OK.
* Verify with the monitoring operator whether the vehicle signal is correctly mirrored to Multisat (or to the cargo GR) and updated in Apisullog;
* Ensure all fields are correctly filled out;
* Release for loading only after all GR procedures have been completed, e.g., identification of required checks;
* Driver and vehicle check in Multicadastro, Apisullog 2\.0, and completion of vehicle tests;
* Release the trip only after the SMP status shows "In Transit"; if the status does not change within 10 minutes and no incident has occurred, contact the Monitoring Center.
* Complete the back side of the internal circuit checklist, sign it, and stamp it.
* Follow operational procedures strictly; all tests and checklists must be performed in the physical presence of the Shift Analyst;
* Immediately communicate any identified issues to the appropriate maintenance team before performing mirroring;
* For every cargo released by Management, GR procedures must be triggered and an email sent to all involved parties according to the rules specified in the agreement.
* The Analyst must explicitly reinforce GR rules with all drivers, which must be followed throughout their journey.
