Description: Work in the Support and Platform Sustaining sector, providing BSO (Business Software Outsourcing) support services for customizations of the TOTVS RM product line. Responsibilities and duties Maintenance of customizations in the TOTVS RM product line. * Technical support for customizations of the TOTVS RM product line. * Development and maintenance of automation tools for internal use. * Version compatibility adjustments for customizations developed for the TOTVS RM product line. * Development of evolutionary improvements in TOTVS RM line customizations. * Handling requests through our service desk, meeting deadlines and service agreements. * Remote access and phone contact with our clients for incident, problem, and request analysis. * Performing functional and system testing on customizations. * Preparation of technical documentation and specifications. * Conducting customization assessments. * Client interaction for negotiating service delivery timelines. * Participation in client and internal meetings to map scenarios and requirements. Requirements and qualifications * Education: Bachelor's degree completed in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields. Microsoft Development certifications are a plus. * Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming. * Experience in back-end development and .NET / C\#. * Experience with databases (SQL Server, Oracle). * Knowledge and experience with: * Visual Studio * Azure (Git and TFVC) * Knowledge of REST APIs and Web Services. * Experience using Angular, JQuery, JavaScript (JS/TypeScript), HTML5, and CSS3\. * Familiarity with the RM Lib \- RM customization development library. * Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively. * Focused, proactive, and able to think outside the box. * Capable of managing priorities and handling urgent situations. * Experience in DevOps environments. * Basic knowledge of test automation 2510170202241107519
