Keep the dining area organized and clean * Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner. * Escort them to their tables and deliver menus. * Explain restaurant operations (e.g., self-service, à la carte, promotions, etc.). * Accurately record orders and relay them to the kitchen. * Serve food and beverages according to the restaurant's standards. * Answer questions about the menu and suggest dishes and beverages. * Keep tables, chairs, and utensils clean and organized. * Prepare the dining area before opening (set tables, cutlery, napkins, menus, etc.). * Clear dishes and utensils after meals and sanitize the area.
