Here, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, participate in a technical training pathway, and experience daily automotive mechanics work in a collaborative, innovative, and challenging environment. **PROGRAM STAGES:** The program includes a selection process, initial technical training, and in-person training at Scania in São Paulo — ensuring you develop practical skills and experience real vehicle maintenance work. At the end of the program, an evaluation will be conducted to assess your performance and potential prior to hiring, ensuring you are fully prepared to begin your career as an Automotive Mechanics Assistant. **ABOUT THE POSITION:** As an Automotive Mechanics Assistant, you will support the maintenance team in inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs — helping ensure vehicles remain safe, efficient, and road-ready.
