Job Summary: Professional responsible for reception, public service, student enrollment, registration processing, telephone support, document issuance, and event assistance. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in selection processes and enrollment initiatives **WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, from 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM; alternate Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM; and Sundays as scheduled when necessary, with possible schedule variations.** **Description:** Greet and assist internal and external visitors, ensuring high-quality, clear communication. Recruit new students. Handle enrollment procedures for courses, mock exams, and related activities—including information provision, registration, and result delivery. Answer and place telephone calls, providing appropriate follow-up. Issue various documents regarding student status. Assist daily in completing the enrollment control spreadsheet, selection process tracking, and registration logs. Conduct competitive market research via phone and in person. Perform cash register closing and reconciliation procedures. Support weekend pedagogical events. Participate in selection processes and weekend scheduling during enrollment periods. Participate in student recruitment initiatives. Perform other duties relevant and necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of this position.
