Must also demonstrate ability to collaborate effectively with automation and operational technology (OT) teams. Desirable: Knowledge of industrial automation. Additionally, the role requires interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with a broad range of operational stakeholders. Professional Experience 1\. IT Infrastructure Solid experience managing virtualized environments: VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper\-V, or equivalent platforms. Technical knowledge in administration of physical and virtual servers. Advanced knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems (e.g., Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu). Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and essential network services. 2\. Cybersecurity Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and ISA/IEC 62443\. Practical experience with security tools, including firewalls, VPNs, and enterprise antivirus solutions. Ability to perform vulnerability assessments and incident response. 3\. Networking Knowledge and mastery of network architecture, TCP/IP, subnets, and routing. Experience with LAN/WAN environments, VPNs, firewall configuration, and network segmentation. Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., Wireshark, SolarWinds, Nagios). Knowledge of industrial network protocols (e.g., Modbus, PROFINET, Ethernet/IP) is considered a plus. 4\. Industrial Automation and Operational Technology (OT) — Desirable Experience in industrial environments involving IT/OT integration. Knowledge of industrial network protocols (e.g., CIP, S7COMM). Familiarity with SCADA systems, PLCs, industrial historians, and industry-specific communication protocols. * Support, maintain, and continuously improve IT infrastructure and automation systems, ensuring stability, security, and performance. * Manage and administer virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper\-V or similar), as well as physical and virtual servers. Manage LAN/WAN networks, configuring and monitoring network devices, firewalls, and VPN connections. * Implement and monitor cybersecurity best practices—including vulnerability assessments, remediation, and compliance with standards and frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, ISA/IEC 62443\). * Administer Windows Server and Linux systems (Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu), including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and security policies. * Collaborate closely with industrial automation (OT) and operational technology teams to bridge communication between industrial and corporate environments. * Support integration projects involving industrial systems, SCADA, PLCs, and historians. * Monitor network and infrastructure performance indicators to ensure availability and reliability of critical systems. * Contribute to defining technical standards, documenting processes, and developing contingency plans. * Collaborate across multiple departments, maintaining clear and effective communication with technical and operational stakeholders. 251105020223623946
