




**If you have determination and the desire to make a difference, come build your future with us!** **At LM2Rodas we work enthusiastically, awakening daily the passion of being and belonging, because here everyone is essential and can make a difference.** **Two Wheels is our passion!** **Responsibilities:** * Handle and resolve level 2 technical support tickets via WhatsApp, email, phone, and helpdesk, focusing on E-Commerce systems, ERP, conversational platforms (WhatsApp), and email marketing. * Identify failure patterns and operational risks through proactive monitoring in control systems, dashboards, and backoffice. * Use tools such as SQL databases, log analysis (frontend/backend – Java, PHP), Web APIs, and third-party integrations to investigate and resolve issues. * Act as a technical liaison with internal teams (Infrastructure, Systems, Development, Business Intelligence, and Business Units) for collaborative case resolution and system improvements. * Support evolutionary and automation projects, including installation and configuration of web applications on Linux servers. * Perform functional and regression testing on implementations and fixes provided by external consultants. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, proposing solutions that optimize processes, reduce failures, and enhance user experience. * Manage and document access rights, technical routines, and procedures in the corporate knowledge base, ensuring traceability and standardization of operations. * Provide technical guidance and support to other business areas in the use of systems. * Monitor Level 1 support activities, providing technical assistance and direction to improve service quality and efficiency. **Required Qualifications and Desired Differentiators:** * Experience in e-commerce environments, corporate ERPs, and web integrations; * Experience with process automation, customer service bots, and log analysis; * Knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, system monitoring, and Linux; * Strong analytical skills, technical communication, and continuous improvement mindset. **Our Benefits:** * Vale IFood: R$38.00 per day; * Transportation Allowance or Mobility Assistance; * Morning fruit; * Afternoon snack; * Productivity bonus; * Unimed Health Plan; * Dental Plan; * Discount campaigns on our products (X11, Scud, High One Bike, among others); * Discount partnerships with colleges and language schools.
