Imagine yourself leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects, and **being responsible for**: * Developing and maintaining automated workflows to eliminate manual tasks and increase team efficiency. Data focal point for Control Tower operations. * Creating and keeping updated dashboards for Productivity, SLAs (Service Level Agreements), and Absenteeism (unexcused absences). * Translating complex data into clear insights for meetings with managers and directors, enabling rapid operational adjustments. * Organizing and managing access permissions to databases and unit folders, ensuring information security. * Proficiency in creating and maintaining dashboards for indicator tracking. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. * Analytical mindset and familiarity with database and data analysis tools such as BigQuery, Tableau, and Looker.
