Imagine yourself driving challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects, **and being responsible for:** * Leading a hybrid structure of cross-docking, service center, and transportation operations, ensuring delivery compliance and quality. * Ensuring operations run efficiently and align with established operational procedures and principles, always promoting a safe operational environment. * Leading four last-mile operational bases in the cities of Itajaí, Gaspar, Lages, and Chapecó. * Improving operational safety, quality, productivity, and capacity. * Achieving operational metrics; identifying metric deviations, proposing improvement actions, and guiding your team accordingly. * Developing and building partnerships with internal areas such as Ops Excellence, Facilities, Maintenance, Safety, Fulfilment, etc., aiming to strengthen the Ecosystem with a focus on global optimization. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. * Experience leading large and/or multidisciplinary teams. * Experience managing first-mile (pickup) and last-mile (delivery) transportation. * Ability to adapt quickly to short-term changing environments. * Analytical skills and experience managing data and metrics for decision-making. * Strategic vision and problem-solving orientation, with capability to diagnose, identify opportunities, and build high-impact solutions. * Willingness to travel (Itajaí, Gaspar, Lages, and Chapecó) and reside in the Itajaí-SC region. **We offer you:** * The chance to be part of an entrepreneurial company where we love thinking big and long-term. * The opportunity to be the protagonist of your development in an environment full of opportunities, learning, growth, expansion, and challenging projects. * Collaboration and learning alongside excellent professionals and experts. * A great work environment, with everything you need to have an outstanding experience. :) Mercado Libre does not contact candidates offering job opportunities in exchange for money.
