Acts strategically in team management, contracts, costs and customer relationship management, guaranteeing legal compliance and operational satisfaction. Role focus: Ensure excellence in delivered services. Meet KPIs, SLAs and operational targets. Lead teams and suppliers efficiently. Control costs and support budget planning. Maintain professional relationships with customers and partners. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Bachelor’s degree completed (preferably in Administration, Engineering or related fields). Experience in operations, team and contract management. Knowledge of KPIs, SLAs, legal regulations and Microsoft Office Suite.
