




**Main Activities and Responsibilities** * Coordinate and monitor the routines of reception and cleaning teams; * Assign tasks and organize work schedules; * Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and professional conduct; * Guide the team on the proper use of uniforms, PPEs, and work materials; * Ensure compliance with internal regulations, operational procedures, and client rules; * Conduct periodic inspections to ensure service quality; * Identify material replenishment needs and request them from the responsible department; * Train, guide, and onboard new employees; * Act as a liaison between the team, supervision, and the client; * Report incidents, absences, substitutions, and operational needs; * Support supervision in corrective and preventive actions; * Maintain organization, discipline, and a positive work environment Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Pay: R$1\.600,00 \- R$1\.812,33 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
