Description
**Responsibilities:**
* Assist in implementing and monitoring occupational safety regulations, ensuring compliance with current legislation;
* Conduct safety inspections in workplaces, identifying hazards and proposing preventive and corrective actions;
* Support accident and incident investigation and analysis, contributing to the development of action plans;
* Deliver training sessions, orientations, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and onboarding related to safety, environment, occupational health, and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE);
* Monitor the distribution, control, and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE);
* Support the preparation and updating of documents, reports, indicators, and controls related to Occupational Safety;
* Assist in monitoring occupational safety and health (OSH) programs and legal requirements: Risk Analysis (RA) — when required, preventive actions, ergonomics, NR-1, NR-5, NR-7, NR-9, NR-10, NR-23, NR-35;
* Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives focused on risk prevention;
* Monitor technical requirements for compliance with applicable standards and permits;
* Contribute to health, safety, environmental, and employee quality-of-life campaigns and initiatives;
* Collaborate with leadership and operational teams to strengthen a culture of prevention and safety;
* Track expiration dates of training, documentation, and area controls;
* Support third-party company engagement and adherence to internal safety procedures;
* Support the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA) in conducting the Annual Safety and Health Week (SIPAT) and annual calendar campaigns, such as Green April and Yellow May, among others;
* Monitor CIPA and Emergency Brigade management.
**Requirements:**
* Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety;
* Active registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE);
* Knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs);
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
* Strong verbal and written communication skills;
* Organized, analytical, and proactive profile;
* Ability to lead teams and deliver training;
* Availability to work according to operational needs.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Prior experience in Occupational Safety;
* Experience in telecommunications companies, field operations, or operational environments;
* Knowledge of preparing reports and indicators for the area;
* Experience delivering training and awareness campaigns;
* Familiarity with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) management systems.
