* Carry out recruitment and selection activities, organizing and administering psychological and specific tests; * Conduct interviews to identify candidates' aptitudes and professional capabilities; * Conduct exit interviews and deliver the onboarding program for new employees to ensure high-quality human resources necessary to achieve organizational objectives; * Support the Training and Development unit as needed. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute recruitment and selection activities, including gathering job profile requirements from requesting departments, mapping competencies, reviewing resumes, interviewing candidates, and administering and analyzing specific and behavioral tests to identify qualified professionals; * Publicize internal and external job openings on websites and zero-cost reemployment agencies, as well as on institutional bulletin boards, whenever internal redeployment is not feasible; * Support institutional units in internal training programs by arranging registrations, notifications, venues, instructors, and supporting materials; * Deliver and facilitate training sessions to reach a larger number of employees and reduce training costs; * Conduct exit interviews and subsequent analysis of results to diagnose causes of staff turnover and provide data to support executive decision-making; * Assess training and development needs, support institutional onboarding initiatives, and perform administrative tasks within the Training & Development (T&D) unit; * Perform other duties pertinent to the role. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology; * Proficiency in Competency-Based Selection methodology; * Knowledge of psychological testing; * Active CRP-MG registration; * Minimum six months of relevant experience. **Additional Information** **Salary:** R$ 4.006,38 **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Work Schedule:** 5x2 (Monday to Friday). **SPDM** – São Paulo Association for Medical Development – is a non-profit, philanthropic civil association recognized as being of federal, state, and municipal public utility, respectively by Decrees No. 57.925, dated March 4, 1966; No. 40.103, dated May 17, 1962; and No. 8.911, dated July 30, 1970. It commenced clinical operations on January 3, 2011, with gradual implementation, progressively expanding bed capacity for Uberlândia’s public health network. To serve Uberlândia/MG’s estimated population of approximately 600,000 residents requiring medium-complexity care, HMMDOLC operates in full partnership with Uberlândia’s Municipal Health Department, focusing on referrals from primary care units requiring secondary-level resolution, under a model structured around hospital admissions, outpatient clinics, and diagnostic procedures.
