Imagine yourself leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects, **and being responsible for:**
* Ensuring maintenance of machines, equipment, and buildings at sites located in Rio de Janeiro and Espírito Santo states, negotiating deadlines with site leaders, and managing maintenance performance indicators.
* Managing maintenance and facilities contracts with third-party companies—including evaluating service quality and payments—as well as preparing, validating, and monitoring the annual budget for both areas.
* Evaluating and developing new service providers, ensuring they meet delivery standards such as SLA, schedule, quality, etc.
* Maintaining compliance with all safety, environmental, and risk management policies and procedures.
* Managing the maintenance and facilities team, actively supporting the team to sustain a cooperative, excellent, and high-performing work environment.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Automation.
* Extensive hands-on experience in maintenance and facilities execution, control, and planning within manufacturing plants and/or logistics operations, plus experience managing contracts and third-party service provision, and experience leading technical teams—covering area routines, engagement, time tracking, and other corporate matters.
* Knowledge of budget planning, OBZ, OPEX, CAPEX, asset management, failure analysis, equipment criticality matrix, and advanced proficiency in tools such as Excel and/or Google Sheets, as well as maintenance software.
* Willingness to work onsite, based at the Barra da Tijuca site in Rio de Janeiro (RJ), and availability to manage multiple sites across Rio de Janeiro and Espírito Santo states.
