Job Summary: Strategically and actively perform collections activities to recover receivables, reduce delinquency, and maintain good customer relationships, aligned with internal guidelines. Professional, organized, and collaborative work environment Act proactively and strategically in collections to ensure recovery of receivables, reduction of delinquency, and maintenance of positive customer relationships, always in alignment with internal guidelines and procedures. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct active and reactive collections (phone, WhatsApp, and email); * Monitor outstanding contracts and identify delinquencies; * Negotiate payment terms and methods according to internal policies; * Update systems, spreadsheets, and financial controls; * Issue invoices, track payments, and perform reconciliations; * Record collection interactions, agreements, and history; * Support the finance department with delinquency reports; * Collaborate closely with customer service, fleet, and management teams; * Maintain a professional, ethical, and courteous attitude toward customers; **Desired Profile:** * Organization and attention to detail; * Clear, firm, and professional communication skills; * Negotiation and argumentation abilities; * Sense of responsibility and ethical conduct; * Proactivity and agility; * Ability to follow internal processes and standards; **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (ongoing undergraduate studies preferred); * Prior experience in collections or finance-related roles; * Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; * Comfort with digital systems and tools; Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in vehicle rental companies; * Experience collecting from both corporate (PJ) and individual (PF) clients; * Knowledge of rental contracts; What We Offer: * Professional, organized, and collaborative work environment; * Opportunities for growth alongside the company; * Internal training and well-defined processes; * Market-competitive remuneration; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.700,00 - R$2.000,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
