Job Responsibilities
Develop, analyze, and update physical\-financial schedules (EQ and MO histograms);
Monitor costs, produce management reports, and performance indicators;
Identify schedule and cost deviations, proposing action plans to mitigate risks;
Collaborate with construction, planning, procurement, and controller teams;
Validate executed quantities (contracts and measurements);
Support the preparation of execution budgets, re-estimates, and financial projections;
Ensure organization and updating of construction project databases;
Conduct monthly critical analyses and executive presentations for management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering;
Solid experience in construction project control and planning (senior level);
Advanced Excel skills;
Experience in cost control and performance indicators;
Knowledge of planning and control methodologies (WBS, S-Curve, Earned Value, etc.);
Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in mid- to high-standard construction projects;
Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools;
Postgraduate degree in Cost Engineering, Planning, or Project Management.
