Acting as a bridge between business and technical teams. **Job Mission:** Manage digital products to ensure business value delivery through planning, prioritization, and development oversight, aligning strategy, technology, and customer needs. **Key Responsibilities:** * Define, plan, and analyze product and project scopes; * Manage and prioritize the backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives; * Lead and monitor sprints, ensuring delivery quality and timeliness; * Act as a bridge between business areas and technical teams; * Manage teams, fostering collaboration and high performance; * Monitor product metrics and propose continuous improvements; * Contribute to strategic vision and product evolution; * Support the definition of integrations, APIs, and required technical specifications. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields; * Experience as a Product Manager (PM), Product Owner (PO), or similar roles; * Knowledge of digital product development and product lifecycle; * Understanding of technology and software development; * Familiarity with agile methodologies; * Strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience managing technology products or projects; * Knowledge of APIs and integrations; * Hands-on experience with product metrics; * MBA or specialization in Project Management or related fields.
