Job Overview** Monitor market process performance indicators; Monitor and analyze RNC (Nonconformance Record) pending items from the QUALITY SYSTEM; Respond to RNCs and record the action plan; Monitor production alongside Rotogravure printing machines, laminators, paraffin-coating machines, and cutting & finishing equipment; Monitor machine-based testing of new products; Monitor area- and market-level performance indicators; Guide the area team. **2\. Responsibilities** * Monitor market process performance indicators, identifying internal and external nonconformities and developing improvement projects; convene relevant team members; schedule meetings to analyze problems and anomalies; apply quality tools and procedures; define corrective action plans; and prepare presentations for tracking and executive approval to ensure continuous improvement of company processes and products; * Monitor and assist in analyzing RNC (Nonconformance Record) pending items from the QUALITY SYSTEM, reviewing customer complaints or internal rejections; analyzing and tracing root causes with operators; completing the FCA (Fact, Cause, Action) form to develop an action plan aimed at preventing recurrence of quality failures; * Respond to RNCs and register the quality action plan and implementation evidence in the QUALITY SYSTEM to ensure appropriate resolution of customer complaints; * Monitor production alongside Rotogravure printing machines, laminators, paraffin-coating machines, and cutting & finishing equipment, guiding proper adherence to process parameters, analyzing procedures, and requesting corrective actions when necessary to ensure product quality meets established requirements; * Monitor machine-based testing of new products, analyzing process parameters and requesting adjustments when needed to ensure compliance with customer requirements or new product functionalities; * Monitor area- and market-level performance indicators by collecting data and updating spreadsheets, as well as preparing presentations to keep management informed with up-to-date information; * Assist in guiding the area team by training staff on tasks and clarifying questions to ensure the development of interns and apprentices; * Mandatory use of all PPE and uniforms as stipulated by the company and NR\-1 service orders. * Maintain corporate assets, as well as workplace cleanliness and organization, including common areas. * Maintain confidentiality of production techniques, applied technologies, and other restricted information related to manufacturing and administrative processes. * Seek opportunities for self-development to ensure continuous personal and professional growth. * Commit to quality, safety, health, and environmental standards and procedures, as well as conduct rules in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct. * Fulfill and support dissemination of the Company’s Mission, Vision, and Organizational Values. **4\.
