This role is critical to ensuring drilling operations are executed efficiently and in accordance with established quality and safety standards, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity. Key Responsibilities Operate the jumbo equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring accurate drilling execution according to project specifications and company-established safety standards. Perform daily inspections on the equipment before commencing operations, verifying proper functioning of all components and reporting any anomalies or maintenance requirements to the immediate supervisor. Interpret technical drawings and drilling instructions to ensure operations are carried out per project planning and technical requirements. Collaborate with the maintenance team to perform necessary adjustments and repairs on the equipment, ensuring it remains in optimal operating condition. Maintain detailed records of daily operations, including operating time, maintenance stoppages, and any incidents occurred, to ensure traceability and compliance with quality standards. Participate regularly in training sessions and safety meetings, contributing to the continuous improvement of safety and operational practices within the company. Support the engineering and supervision team in identifying opportunities for improvement in drilling processes, suggesting innovations or adjustments that may increase operational efficiency and safety.
