If you’re looking to **advance your career** in an environment full of **opportunities**, where acceleration means not only progressing in roles and responsibilities but also continuously tackling challenges, don’t miss this chance! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your main responsibilities** You will be a key point in the citizen’s experience, performing activities such as: * **Public service:** greeting, guiding, and clarifying questions about available services with empathy and clarity; * **Document screening and verification:** ensuring all information is accurate before forwarding; * **Processing requests:** assisting with form completion, data collection, and forwarding services such as ID cards (RG), driver’s licenses (CNH), and appointments; * **Administrative support:** updating records, organizing and archiving documents, and maintaining databases; * **Queue and appointment management:** organizing the service flow to ensure agility and reduce waiting time; * **Problem resolution:** promptly and courteously resolving inquiries, referring more complex cases when necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements** * Completed High School education; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Good typing skills; * Prior experience in public service is considered a plus. **Additional Information** **Compensation and Work Schedule** * **Salary:** R$ 1\.621,00 **Work schedule:** * Monday to Friday * From 07:30 to 17:18\. **Work location:** * Rua Vicente Figueiredo, No. 85 \- Centro, Diamantina.
