Support administrative and logistical activities of the department If you are organized, passionate about technology, and oriented toward service, this opportunity may be right for you! **Your daily responsibilities:** * Provide technological support to staff, faculty, and students; * Operate academic systems and institutional digital platforms; * Deliver support via institutional channels (WhatsApp, e\-mail, telephone, chat, and in person); * Open and track service requests with other departments; * Support departmental administrative activities; * Provide logistical support for in-person assessments; * Perform related tasks to ensure quality of the academic experience; **What we’re looking for in you:** * Completed high school education; * Basic knowledge of technology tools; * Prior experience in customer service; * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM; * Preferred qualifications: * Familiarity with academic systems and Learning Management Systems (LMS); * Experience with administrative routines; * Experience providing technical tool support; * Experience in educational contexts or Distance Education (EaD).
