Job Description You will be responsible for monitoring and developing activities within the Engineering area, including project development, area control, and identification of improvements to schedules and activity progress — enabling readiness for the planned professional role and enhancing knowledge of the company’s businesses, products, or services. **Key responsibilities include:** * Monitor area activities and incidents; support employee training; standardize procedures to ensure process optimization, consumption minimization, and continuous performance improvement; align production process parameters to optimize results and quality, schedule, cost, and safety indicators. * Interface with other company departments; participate in meetings to present topics impacting the production process and propose potential improvements to resolve issues. * Provide technical support for operational activities, seeking optimization of resources (raw materials, personnel, and systems). * Participate in developing area operational procedures, incorporating continuous improvement while ensuring optimal cost\-benefit ratio for the company. * Monitor performance indicators; participate in root\-cause analysis of deviations; propose effective corrective actions; prepare technical reports and controls focused on consolidating and delivering data to your immediate supervisor to support decision\-making and maintain information history. * Collaborate with stakeholders to identify innovative solutions that maximize processes (e.g., new technologies, inputs, process routes). * Comply with Safety and Occupational Health, Environmental, Social Responsibility, and Business Integrity policies and procedures. Qualifications **The profile we seek for this position:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields * Experience in laboratory routines within the mining sector, including execution and monitoring of tests, parameter control, and result analysis * Experience in managing and improving laboratory processes, including indicator analysis, deviation investigation (root\-cause analysis), and standardization of technical procedures * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency * Driver’s license category B Additional Information **Why join our team?** We are a company committed to making our beliefs and values truly happen.
