




Job Summary: Responsible for supervising and ensuring the effectiveness and quality of urban cleaning operations, managing teams, costs, resources, and implementing improvements. Implementation of improvements for productivity and efficiency. . Responsible for supervising the activities of teams involved in urban cleaning operations, ensuring effectiveness and service quality. . Ensure compliance with activity schedules set by the client and the company; . Manage the operational budget costs; . Monitor and control labor resources (absenteeism and overtime), supplies, equipment, and vehicles, ensuring their availability and proper functioning; . Implement strategies and action plans to improve team and department productivity and efficiency; . Review reports and evaluate results, applying improvements whenever necessary; . Ensure services comply with environmental regulations and local requirements; . Guarantee procurement of necessary supplies, services, vehicle rentals, and machinery for urban cleaning activities; . Monitor inventory control of supplies required for urban cleaning activities; . Respond to emergency calls regarding accidents, incidents, and damages; . Coordinate with SESMET on investigations of accidents, incidents, and damages; . Address non-conformities and complaints from the municipal government and residents.
