This professional will play a key role in the customer experience, ensuring efficiency, careful handling during transportation, and excellent service in every operation. Main Responsibilities * Perform equipment deliveries and pickups according to the company’s schedule * Verify transported items before departure and upon return * Ensure the integrity, organization, and cleanliness of equipment during transportation * Assist in loading and unloading materials * Ensure proper completion of checklists, protocols, and delivery confirmations * Support logistical route planning and organization * Keep the vehicle clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition * Report any issues related to deliveries, customers, equipment, or the vehicle to the company * Provide courteous and professional customer service during deliveries and pickups Requirements * Valid driver's license, Class **B** * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor * Organizational skills, responsibility, and punctuality * Availability for external assignments * Ability to assist in handling and transporting equipment Preferred Qualifications * Experience delivering medical equipment, furniture, rental items, or sensitive products * Basic knowledge of goods inspection and logistics * Strong customer service orientation * Familiarity with location and routing applications Expected Competencies * Commitment * Efficiency * Attention to detail * Careful handling of products * Proactivity * Professional conduct when interacting with customers * Sense of responsibility What We Expect from This Professional We seek someone who represents Locviva well in the field—professionally, carefully handling equipment, and focused on delivering efficient and respectful customer service.
