To achieve this, it is essential to have a profile that **makes things happen**, that seeks to be the **protagonist** of one’s own career, understands the importance of **flexibility**, dedicates oneself to **problem solving**, and demonstrates a strong sense of **responsibility** in everything undertaken. **We believe that offering a healthy work environment, with learning and development opportunities, contributes to building successful careers and inspiring stories.** **Responsibilities and duties** **THE YOUNG APPRENTICE WILL:** Support administrative activities within the assigned department, carrying out tasks directed, taught, and supervised by one or more team members; Handle telephone inquiries, providing appropriate answers when knowledgeable, or taking messages and forwarding them to the responsible person when necessary; Process invoices for payment, organize and file departmental documents; Participate in scheduled development meetings and challenges; Attend and complete theoretical activities required by the partner Apprenticeship Institution. **Requirements and qualifications** The program lasts **18 months**, including a professional apprenticeship course in Goods, Services, and Tourism Commerce offered by a partner institution in the region, covering practical activities in administrative areas and behavioral development.
