SPECIALIZED CLINIC MANAGER POSITION \- Montes Claros/MG
Employment Type: Permanent/CLT
Compensation: R$ 5\.000,00
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) \- Monday to Friday
Location: Montes Claros/Minas Gerais
Requirements:
Education: Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Hospital Management, Nursing, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.

⦁ Medical billing, health insurance authorizations, and financial control.
⦁ Digital tools (spreadsheets, electronic health record systems, and digital communication platforms).
Job Description:
⦁ Operational and Administrative Management: Supervise daily routines, manage staff schedules, patient flow, examination room utilization, and the functioning of specialized services (pulmonology, cardiology, endocrinology, internal medicine, and diagnostic tests). Additionally, monitor performance indicators, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with sanitary regulations, LGPD, and regulatory requirements (ANS, CRM).
⦁ Team Management: Lead and motivate receptionists, nursing technicians, and support staff; promote training, a culture of excellence in patient care, and regular feedback and performance evaluation routines.
⦁ Physician and Health Insurance Relations: Serve as the liaison between management and the clinical staff; manage credentialing, authorizations, and billing with health insurers; and support physicians with operational requests.
⦁ Financial Management: Monitor cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and support commercial strategies to increase average ticket value and patient retention.
⦁ Innovation and Expansion: Coordinate improvements in telehealth system usage and already-implemented technological integrations (e.g., Klingo, Kualizap); identify opportunities for partnerships and structural enhancements.
